I’m reviewing this to help others as there were no useful reviews when I purchased this. I’ll start by saying it’s beautiful and the functionality is amazing. The storage is perfect, I have a space for everything, and I feel very organized. The quality is fair, don’t expect anything solid wood or fancy, but the hardware is nice and everything feels and looks sturdy/solid during use. It arrived in excellent condition, but a little dirty, so I had to wipe everything down with a damp rag. I would say this vanity, for the money, is a great deal. The only complaint I have is it looks a little short/small. I’m only 5’2” so it works for me but I feel it may be awkward for a taller person. The height of the top drawer is about average but the area where it is lower on each side looks a little strange to me compared to my large bedroom furniture. Also, I used my old vanity’s stool and you can tell in the pics that it almost seems a little too tall for the sitting space of this vanity, leading me to believe the overall height is shorter than the standard vanity height . Otherwise, overall, I’m happy with my purchase. Of note, I paid wayfair to assemble it because I’m telling you right now it arrives in 1 million pieces so the extra $114 is worth every penny.
Edit: after posting this review I realized the man who assembled my vanity placed the lights in the wrong location (on the mirror not around it). Wayfair is working on fixing this for me but it is frustrating. So if you pay for assembly pay close attention to light placement.
