Protects wood floor from rolling desk chair

This will be a very useful size. Close to the ones we used in the carpeted office, but for hardwood instead. Not quite as large as those which was unfortunate but still doable. Not sure how well this will actually stay put compared to the hardwood ones with grooves however.

I bought this hard floor chairmat to be placed under my computer chair to protect a new wood floor just installed. The floor mat is semi-transparent so it allows the wood floor color and grain to show through it. It allows the chair to glide smoothly over the chairmat easily, and is large enough so the wheels of the chair do not go off the mat. (I bought the medium sized mat). The mat lies reasonably flat on the floor, and I assume it will lie completely flat in a few days. The hard floor chairmat suits my purpose quite well, and I think it is a good buy for the money, although it is a little expensive. I am currently considering buying another mat to place under a crafts table in the same room to protect the floor.

This mat works perfectly in my office/den! We removed carpets and installed vinyl planking. I didn't want a mat that had 'teeth' in the back but needed something that would protect the floor and allow the office chair to move freely. I was having trouble finding the right size & quality of mat until finding this chair mat online.

It is very disappointing. I wish I could send it back. It is completely useless. This makes me very unhappy about the Wayfair. I hope Wayfair stop selling this product or make the seller to accept when the product is damages in shipping. Cons: Terrible, terrible expreience
