Extremely disappointed. I ordered this TV stand and one of the parts came cracked in half so I ordered a replacement. Waited a whole week and when they sent the replacement every single piece was snapped in half. The material is very cheap and flimsy. Will be requesting a full refund from Wayfair.

It’s just like advertised. It’s beautiful…however I had to request 2 times for a replacement piece for the same panel that arrived damaged, my original order arrived cracked and the 1st replacement arrived cracked in the same spot….which delayed the assembly.. the TV console once the second replacement arrived was built in 45 mins by a professional handyman I hired. Anyone that comes to my home loves the TV console. Had it been there was no issues with my original order five stars hands down!

Great console! Love how big it is. The color looks great. Simple to put together.

I received my package one week late. Upon opening, we found some assembly parts broken or cracked. The quality of the wood also appeaered to be subpar. I was quite disappointed as I had been looking forward to the TV console to mouth my TV which had been sitting on the floor We contacted WF on the issue and defects and the agent was very polite and professional. They offered to either replace the broken parts or a full refund. I opted for a full refund and will even do a house pickup.
