Great for my office and my back

This is a great chair—very comfortable and excellent for improving posture. The build quality is superb. It arrived mostly assembled; I only had to attach the chair to the base, which was simple. It has all the bells and whistles, so to speak. Overall, a fantastic bargain!

I brought this chair for my husband. He works from home and have a bad back. He finds the chair to be pretty comfortable.

difficult to adjust to raise the chair and not as comfortable as i expected

This chair is overpriced and disappointing. The pneumatic lift on my new Haworth Soji chair drops slightly on its own without the adjustment arm being touched (manufacturer's defect and safety issue). The so-called "lumbar supoort" is anything but. It's a piece of hard, vented plastic that pokes through the mesh and can cause lower back pain rather than prevent it. The manufacturer, Haworth, will not answer questions about the product unless you bought it directly from them on their online store. They refer you back to Wayfair. Wayfair won't help or give you a refund or replacement unless you have the original box (ripped on delivery) or a replacement box (which is hard to find for a chair this size). Wayfair doesn't allow returns to their new store if you bought the item on their Web site (what???). So I'm stuck with a new $600 uncomfortable and defective chair that neither the manufacturer or Wayfair will go out of their way to make right. No, Wayfair, I don't want replacement parts for a brand new chair that came fully assembled. I don't think I should have to disassemble the chair myself to fix it. No, will not buy a Haworth product or any products from Wayfair again.

No instructions. Took 2 relatively smart people 1/2 hour to adjust. Seatback is either all the way up or all the way back.

The chair is perfect for a wfh setup. Another plus is that it delivered fully assembled.
