The gaming chair came as expected, that is after ordering it for Christmas and it getting lost. The chair is as described. Only thing that my son didn’t like is how hard it is to pull the footrest out. The cords for the chair get wrapped around the base easily. Other than that it is a decent chair for the price

I got this item for a CHRISTMAS PRESENT for my son and it has been in the box. We went to set it up to surprise him. I literally bought this chair for the LIGHTS and the lights do not work! There is ONE LIGHT right at the bottom of the chair that lights up, you can barely see it. The next light is cracked. How incredibly DISAPPOINTING. :( And because I got it in advance I’m “not eligible for replacement or refund.” What a joke!
