Set up was quick and easy with no hassle. Material is soft and comfortable working well with the plush cushions. Reclining feature is great.

I think its great except for one thing--- it does not really recline! I tilts back and the headrest and foot rest are fully adjustable but does not lay close to flat which is really what I wanted it for! Also the c charging ports do not work and pieces do not connect electronically so you need to plug in two cords.

These sofas are very comfortable and exactly what we were looking for recliner sofas. Great quality. One small thing, USB needs to be updated with USB C chargers.

Very comfortable couch. Back reclines to a comfortable position. Head rest can be positioned separately. Durable material. Good for a couple, control your own individual space. Literally spend all day on this couch.

Sofa arrived in damaged boxes. Back side of sofa was collapsed where box was punctured. You could tell that the back was very cheaply made, it felt like cardboard. There were a few stains on the fabric as well. Sofa is nice looking at first glance, but fabric buckled along seams, padding was scarce at edge of footrest so it was not comfortable where back of leg/ankle would rest. We returned due to damage. Wayfair was very kind about setting up the return.
