First impression straight out of the box I don’t even have the words to describe the absolute disappointment and dissatisfaction with the product. Between the cheap feel of the material (feels like a very cheap tote bag), the cheapness of the actual structure, the bare bones look, and the absolute flatness of the cushions… I could cry ( Not to mention that a couple pieces arrived with tears. I can’t believe I spent over 1,000 for this and got scammed. It looks nothing like the picture. I’m legit so heartbroken. I will update review once assembled and I can at least get a full view of what it looks like. Will also reach out to customer service for replacement pieces if needed bc those tears are absolutely not acceptable. UPDATE the “tears” are actually necessary slits for assembly. The couch looks like something you’d pay 500 for at a discount furniture warehouse. The shade of grey is a sad dreary grey and overall looks nothing like the picture. The pillows are very wrinkly and flat

It softer and lower than I expected but overall seems like a very good lounging couch. I don’t know how it’s gonna hold up overtime. I’ve had it for less than a few days. Easy to assemble was delivered in four boxes.

if i could give it a minus star i would is NOT as discribed! NOT down filled ! Fabric is awful, thin and scratchy, doesnt fit together well AND it Smells so bad it made me sick!

This was so cheap and small. Immediately returned.

Don't buy this. Spend the money on a different sofa. The fabric is cheap, the construction also feels cheap. Too late to return but I would if I could.
