I've been using my new chair for a couple of weeks and love it. For the first time in a long time my feet can rest flat on the floor and my short arms can rest on the arm rests that lift higher than my last several chairs. Took about 15 minutes to put together. I work longer than 8 hour days and haven't had any chair induced fatigue issues. Plus, this chair cost less on Wayfair than my office supply store.

These chairs were ordered for two receptionist at a women’s imaging clinic. They are both very pleased, and gave rave reviews on this ergonomic task chair. Great product!

Purchased this chair to outfit a new office space. HON is our go-to brand, and this chair lives up to its brand's expectations. The chair was easy to assemble, though the instructions were less than useful. The gray pattern upholstery will suit a neutral space well. I wish I could figure out how to make the back "rock" but I am not sure if it even does. The only two reasons that I am not giving 5 stars is that the instructions were not ideal (though two of us put it together in a matter of 5-10 minutes once we figured out what we were doing), and the mechanisms that hold the arm rests in are a bit flimsy. However, as long as you're not flinging the chair around by the arms it is definitely sufficient. Would purchase again.

Did not know chair came unassembled. Disappointed

The Hon brand and Wayfair's price was notable after a lot of research. Many of the Big Box stores sell lower quality office chairs that fray after awhile. Tried them and was not satisfied with durability. So far I am satisfied and believe the quality of materials and workmanship will hold up. Since I just received only giving it a 4 star at this time, but it is well made. Wayfair shipped quickly no delays,
