My brother-in-law put this chair together for me and at first I was a little skeptical, but after using it, I couldn’t be more happy. It is probably one of the most comfortable office chairs I have ever had. My other chairs have caused sciatic to be really bad. This one has really helped.

Comfortable, looks great and not bad to put together. Minus a star because the arms are weird, so I took them off. I wish they would give you the option to not have the arms on and give a few plugs to hide the scew holes that are now visible because the arms aren't there.

I'd love to write a review, however, the chair came without the wheels (step #2 in the assembly instructions). I sent a request through Wayfair and was told the replacement parts were "delayed" and I emailed the company (Jestel Group) and they don't even respond to me at all. Disappointed with customer support from both Wayfair and the manufacturer. If you've ever assembled an office chair, you know that putting on the wheels AFTER the chair is assembled is difficult.

Definitely not as padded or as comfortable as they described online. The color is a true ivory and not as white as the picture online

Comfortable chair color was as pictured. The fabric is soft and I like the high back. The reason for only 4 stars is after a couple of months the chair would move up and down on its own and wouldnt stay where I put it.

Chair is perfect but the base is different from the black one showed in picture.
