Love the couch I get lots of compliments as well. I got the set up where they did it for me and it was so easy.

Had it about two weeks now. Opted out of the set up, did it myself, was easy just a lot of cardboard. Haven’t had any functionality issues, just plug it in, and done. Opted for the protection plan, not sure how to repair a functional electric issue. So far so good.

Delivered ahead of schedule. Very comfortable.The only issue was headrest does not move and I wish there was a sofa loveseat available by this brand. Update: 2 weeks after having chair it stopped reclining and led lights no longer works
