They offered to send me hardware but not the broken piece. The 4 feet to this bookcase are made of plaster and the bookcase is made of wood with a note that said each shelf should not hold more than 35 pounds and there are five shelves. How can these plastic feet hold up the bookcase

The first shelf I purchased came out great and loved the quality but I couldn’t order a second one due to them being out of stock. When they finally came back in stock I purchased a second one. The second shelf came with a damaged door ( a couple of dents, chipped paint and scrapes I couldn’t wipe off from the hardware that should have been attached to the door that must have came off during transport). Wayfair customer service was awesome and sent a new replacement. When I pulled the new doors out, one of the hardware on the doors was barely attached. The decorative metal is attached to the door with two mini nails so I’m not sure how to put the metal piece back on. As seen on the first picture, it looks like two holes were made in attempt to get the decorative metal piece to stay which ultimately didn’t work because it still came off. I was very impressed with Wayfairs customer service and rate them 5 stars! But the damaged furniture is definitely a bummer. Overall these shelves are very study and seem to be good quality aside from the small cosmetic defects.

Have been watching this for quite a while for my granddaughter’s bedroom. Finally went for it. Paid to have assembled-worth it. Doors are a bit misaligned at the top, but not a big deal. Came in two very heavy boxes. Very happy- exactly what I wanted.

It's very pretty and looks a lot more expensive than it was. It was a bit difficult to put together, but patients paid off. The only issue was the back board was slightly too long on one side and would not fit in the.correct groove. I ended up just substituting two longer screws I had and that worked fine. Will come back in six months and update my review for how well it holds up to use.

I love this piece of furniture! I was looking for something French country style to display some of my milk glass collection in. It definitely is an antique white or off white color which I wanted to match my dining room table. As far as putting this piece of furniture together, my husband was heard frequently cussing at it. He said the quality control person must have been off that day. He had issues with some of the pre drilled holes not lining up correctly with the pieces. He made do and had to drill out some holes so the screws would go in. As far as quality though this piece is very sturdy and has beautiful lines. I read on some reviews that this piece emitted a strong odor. My husband complained about it while putting it together and then the entire next day. I couldn’t smell it at all but I don’t have a sensitive nose.

I've been wanting to buy this bookcase for 8 years, and every time I've been ready to order, it's been out of stock. Finally was able to get it, and in black, which is what I wanted. It's gorgeous! Looks like an expensive, vintage piece. I love it.

I love this book shelf, however one of the door handles doesn’t work. I’ve called the company at least five times and nobody has responded. Nobody answers the phone, you have to leave a message.

Didn’t even open the box, because the box appeared it had already been opened and retaped. Based on the quality of the other item I purchased, assumed this would also be as cheap

Absolutely gorgeous! I am using this in the bathroom as a linen closet. It is absolutely gorgeous and well made. It was very easy to put together. I did glue it together as I was putting it together to give extra strength to the already sturdy cabinet. I intend on installing a light inside the cabinet
