Solid better than expected however there are minor blemishes we will report as they are on the front of the unit. My husband was able to put together on his own in 3 hours.

Love this Murphy bed. Everyone who sleeps on it expresses how comfortable it is.

This bed appears to be very sturdy. It was somewhat difficult to put together and some pieces were somewhat damaged but nothing that prevented assembly. The imperfections are not very noticeable once assembled. The mattress feels pretty firm. The drawer assembly at the bottom rolls out with ease. Not the best item we have purchased from Wayfair but acceptable.

This is an excellent bed so far. Good quality wood. Did have a few minor scratches but nothing to worry about. Easy to put together. Very solid. Mattess seems ok for a few nights. We did buy a 3 inch mattress tipper to add to comfort.

This is pretty great. I studied a lot of reviews of similar beds. The reviews here were all good, but were from buyers who may have gotten them free through a program. I paid for mine. Somehow it arrived the next day, before I'd even gotten an order confirmation. It was all there. The boxes are heavy, I had to open them on the porch and carry them in piece by piece. Three old women got it inside. Had to invite two old men to get the one really heavy part up to the upstairs guest room. Instructions are good enough. I used screw drivers with hex bits in them instead of the allen wrenches provided. Took two old ladies about three hours plus a lunch break to put it together. The mattress seems fully nice enough to me, we will wait until guests sleep on it to see if we need a topper. It looks beautiful and seems well-designed. No particle board that I can see. One latch was a bit bent, not sure how, but I'll follow up with Wayfair about a replacement. If it's too much trouble I'll just straighten it. As it includes a really good mattress, I think the price is fair.

It is a very beautiful piece. I was surprised at how substantial it is. Seems very high quality. It is very heavy and therefore needs a strong person to assemble.

Received my Arletha Queen delivered on time without any damage on the outside of the cardboard boxes. I opened them up immediately, checked all pieces one by one...happy to say ,everything arrived perfectly. Next day I opened the parts kit, counted, separated and labeled each pile of parts with the manuals corresponding letter and proceeded to read the manual as its suggested. Assembly day came and went perfectly, able to put it together by myself without any glitches in just under 2 hours...truly was not complicated at all. I am very happy with the appearance, quality of construction and very clear directions in the manual. Where the bed is for occasional use only it has not been slept on. However, assume it will be fine as that series of mattresses is used quite often. Suspect I will get a single piece topper to go on top to eliminate the two seems in the mattress. Thank You

This Queen bed was perfect for my office and my guests said the mattress was very comfortable.

Perfect for a guest room when I need it to be a guest room! Otherwise it is in a sitting room for me or hubby to watch tv. I looks great and it very sturdy. I bought a topper to put on it when needed, just to help raise you up a little bit when you are sitting on the edge of the bed. It just makes it a little easier (for us older folks) to get up from.
