Firstly, the couch comes in one package, don't freak out like I did, bc I expected it to come in 2 boxes or so, lol. But there's a whole couch in there, trust me. The couch is firm, but the fabric is very soft, I like that combo.. The seats are very deep, I'm 5'8" and when I sit all the way back, the seat cushions touches my lower shin.. This couch is def meant for ppl who like to lay down, nap or cuddle on the couch. I like to sit upright, so I wish the back of the couch was taller, but the back of the couch is so wide, you can rest your arms on the back, or place a tray there and snack on your food, honestly. The couch is the perfect size for my living room and it looks cool. I have two cats, and they haven't scratched at it whatsoever, so there's a bonus; it's anti-cat. I'm happy for this purchase. I like this boneless couch.

I was very disappointed with this couch. It feels like a toy couch, its much smaller than I thought. I initially thought I could just deal with it but what made me return it was the low back and how incredibly firm it is. You literally cannot lean back on this couch, its so uncomfortable. And after 24 hours of being fully inflated, it was hard as a rock. The only things I liked about this couch and why I gave it 2 stars was the fabric is very soft and I like that its modular. Just pass on it, trust me its not worth dealing the ridiculous hassle of trying to return it. I could see this maybe being ok for a teen or young adults first apartment or dorm room, maybe a play room. Its just so uncomfortable, I was very unhappy with it. You live, you learn, dont buy a couch online.
