They are comfortable, nice color but they are fabric with dogs are not a good option but they looks nice

I’m very happy with this sectional! The quality is top notch and it is very comfortable for me and my family to sit back and relax while we watch movies and play video games. Delivery included set up but the room it was going in wasn’t quite ready when it arrived so we put it together ourselves without any problems. The brown color is true to the picture and the fabric is nice and soft. We especially enjoy the power recliners. I highly recommend this sectional. You won’t regret it!

This is the only Wayfair purchase I have not loved. It is very firm, but doable. It is modular, so each piece is separate. The fabric does not sit straight or flush. Should the electric mechanism of the recliner go out and is not able to be repaired, it will be moot as that is the only positive but even that is speculative. The firmness makes even that a tad uncomfortable. I wanted to return it but my husband says it will be more of a headache than it currently is. The ordering process, communication and friendliness of my delivery people were on point as always though.

I am super impressed with the quality of the power reclining sectional and the service provided by the assembly team. They were super professional and efficient. They were in constantly communication with me for time of arrival. They got here and unloaded the truck, removed the furniture from the boxes, and plastic bags. While one of the assistant was bringing the parts inside, the other one was assembly each part together. They did everything in less than 30 minutes. They took all the trash with them and the whole area was perfectly clean up. I definitely recommend the product and the assembly team 100. It is perfect!

We love the sectional. The best part of this buy was the delivery. Christian was amazing. He communicated dates and times very well. Christian had fantastic customer service and set up the sectional within 20 minutes. The clean-up was a big help, and it was set up exactly how we asked. The sectional is comfy and fits perfectly in its spot. Thank you, Christian, for the no-hassle delivery; we greatly appreciate it!

This section is smaller than expected and looks choppy since every section comes separately. I wanted to add an extra section or two in, to enlarge the sectional… which shouldn’t be an issue, since each piece comes separately and assembles separately. I emailed the company multiple times and received no response back. Very disappointed!
