One of my 1st purchases off Wayfair and I’m addicted! The recliner is soft out the BOX! But I’m sure it will only get better in the next few days. I’m 5’8 and my feet hang when I sit back. The massage feature is nice! The rocking is nice , it more so glides. The setup took 5 minutes when the pieces were out the box. I did not sit in the chair long enough to try the “heating “ feature but the chair is warm anyways. I love my new recliner it’s AMAZING!

The chair was fine, the delivery not so good, I watch roll my chair like a ball thru my grass and they didn't put it under my porch roof, if it had rained the chair would have been soaked. The delivery man had a wheeled cart, he just chose not to use it.
