I ordered this for my parents who cant sit on chairs with seating height below 19 inches, It says seating height is 20 inches but it is between 18 to 19 inches only

This chair was perfect for my reading nook. It’s somehow more comfortable than I expected but also not as cushy as I would like. Assembly wasn’t bad, it’s pretty straight forward but the box is definitely on the heavy side. I agree with some other reviews that the back is kind of low and doesn’t offer a lot of support. Still a great buy and I’m thinking of getting another one for the living room now.
