Love it Family loves it too easy to clean

An uncomfortable couch with terrible customer service. As soon as it was delivered I knew it was a poor design. I contacted Wayfair within the hour. They wanted to charge me $200 to return it. It's not suitable for anyone taller than 5' 6". This couch looks nice, but the back is really short. The back frame only comes up about 10" then there is an extra 6" of fluff. In comparison, my last couch had 29" of frame to support the entire cushion.

Love this couch. Plenty of room. Firm, but comfy. And the perhaps installation was awesome. Definitely recommend.

We love it! The back is short compared to what we had, but we are already used to it. It is firm, but all new couches are firm in the beginning. It’s still comfy enough to fall asleep on and take a nap.

This couch is perfect! The couch is very firm and was easy to assemble. The pull out part of the couch has wheels to make it easy to pull and push in and out!

I am extremely disappointed with my recent Wayfair purchase. I ordered a couch with a delivery date specifically chosen to coincide with upcoming guests. Upon delivery and assembly, I discovered a crucial cushion was missing. This was incredibly frustrating, especially given the careful planning Id undertaken to ensure everything was ready for my company. I immediately contacted Wayfair customer service. While the representative was polite, their solution – ordering a replacement cushion with an unspecified, potentially lengthy delivery time – was wholly inadequate. Considering the significant inconvenience caused by receiving an incomplete and unusable piece of furniture, I requested a more substantial form of compensation, such as a store credit or a discount on a future purchase. The offered 10 off a single item is simply unacceptable given the circumstances. This resolution falls far short of addressing the disruption disappointment I experienced. inconvenience this has caused.

LOVE this couch! The couch arrived in 4 huge boxes. My two teenage sons unboxed it and assembled it. They said it was easy to connect the pieces. It’s incredibly comfortable. One of my teenagers slept on it last night and said it was great.

Purchased this sleeper sofa and looks great. We got covers for it so my dog can use it also. Love the storage under the chaise.

Great addition to our grandchildren new bonus room

We’ve had this couch for over two years now - we love that it has extra storage and we pretty much always keep the pull-out part open. The only downside for me is that it is extremely firm. It does not soften up over time.
