This chair met exceeded all expectations! It is wide, stable, comfortable, and the material soft. It arrived quickly and was fairly simple to assemble. It is wonderful for someone who has recently undergone surgery! So many position options to get comfortable and the lift is absolutely fantastic! Works great if having to use it to get up to a walker. It also lays completely back into a sleeping position. The massage and heat options are great too. Even the footrest has massage! The built in cup holders are an added bonus. I truly couldn’t be happier with this chair.

Ok I like it! The coolest part are the cup holders, which you can tuck away or leave open. It’s super comfy and has several options for massage. The massage is more of a pulsating sensation versus deep tissue. Easy assembly and well made!

We are very pleased with this purchase . Our 82 year old mother is recovering from a recent hospitalization and says she is very comfortable with the ease of operation and how comfortable she is when sleeping upon fully reclined.

Color was exactly what we were looking for. The staff was helpful with an issue with the outside vendor to set up services.

Meets and exceeds what was expected! Comfortable and perfect color! Perfect for larger people with large behinds! Easy to assemble! Base needs 2 people to assemble!

Sorry, this is not a success. The seat is poorly padded, there is a hard object that presses against the small of the back when reclined, the footrest doesnt raise far enough. Im trying to return it, but having a hard time finding anyone to disassemble it and package it for shipping.
