It is wonderful color and the message is gentle and so comfortable.

I'm 5'7" / 180 lb female and this chair is a bit small for me. My feet go over the end of the footrest when half reclined and my head is about even with the top of the back. My previous chair which is a manual rocker/recliner had a seating area of 24" x 24" so it may just take some getting used to. The power recline and lift are both super quiet; the massage not so much. I just had back surgery and the lift function is a Godsend! Massage and lumbar heat leave something to be desired (hence 4 stars) but I think that's just par for the course with these chairs. The massage is more a vibrate and the heat is just warmth. I ordered the blue chenille and the color looks the same as on the website and the material is very soft. The seat and back cushions are firm but not hard. Shipping was very fast and I liked that I could track my package through the Wayfair website and not have to create an account with Fed Ex to do so. If you order this chair and are looking for set up instructions they are in the bottom of the accessory box! We found them after the chair was set up although they weren't really needed to figure it out. I purchased this chair at 1/2 off the list price. I don't feel it would have been a good value if I had paid more but not a bad chair for what I paid. EDIT 05/23/2025: The fabric pills a bit, especially on the arms where your elbows rub. I am starting to be able to feel the massage heads on the seat. When lifting the chair feels a bit wobbly and unsturdy; like it sways a bit.

Just received the recliner and it took a short time to put together. Super firm, super comfortable, and roomy. I fell asleep in the recliner right away.

This is by far the most uncomfortable recliner I have ever sat in. I attempted to do a return but was told I would have to pay for the return shipping. I was offered an amount off my balance if I would accept it instead. The chair has only continued to become even more uncomfortable with something that feels like a spring and folded fabric pressing against the seat. I have to sit on a pillow to even sit in the chair. Ive never written a bad review but Im frustrated feeling like I was taken for a fool when offered the percentage off. I should have never accepted it and figured out a way to pay for the return shipping. Surely it would have been less than the amount I still owe. Hope you took the time to read the review before you make the mistake I did in buying this piece of furniture.

Chair is very wonderful for the price. Love all the features. Only wish it had a USB port. Very sturdy and high quality. Packaging was not good. Luckily it came with no damages

Excellent recliner! Hits all the marks. Plush yet firm, comfortable,lays flat, power operation, heat and massage. Extremely satisfied.

This chair does what it's suppose to do. It lifts and the massages hit all the right places. I find the seat of the chair to be very hard. It maybe because it's not broken in yet. Also the foot rest doesn't come up high enough. I'm 5'6" and it hits above my ankles. Maybe once it's sat in more, it will be more comfortable.

Great chair easy to put together

Comfortable and attractive chair. The material feels high quality. Assume it will hold up well. The footprint isn't too big. All features working well but have yet to really experience them. Chair is comfortable to sit in the the hue of the blue chair is very attractive.
