So far so good! Just arrived today but it’s looking and feeling great! Full service delivery was wonderful. I love the gray color and the soft corduroy material. My daughter loves the pull out option. Only time will tell if it holds up but so far I think we made a great decision choosing this couch.

I was told the fabric is all away around and I can configure the pieces anyways I want. Specially your rep Told me …”can be separated into individual pieces, and the fabric is finished all around for a polished look.” And wayfair told me it was a misunderstanding on my end and for an additional $200 they will come remove the couch for me and give me a credit for the couch… Super sad.

Great couch and storage space! Firm but with wear it should soften. Perfect for our family of 5, especially with the option to expand into a bed. Perfect size for the space in our newly finished basement. White glove service was okay but that is nothing against Wayfair, more than delivery company who damaged our ceiling and walls.

Much bigger in person than looks on website photos. Beautiful color, needs to be broken in for comfort but overall happy with purchase

Over $1000 dollars, didn’t receive all the parts to the couch. Wayfair making me go through a 3rd party/ manufacturer instead of taking care of it. Just an apology no customer service…

I love the couch the color was like the picture, and it’s nice and spacious it is a little firm but after a few uses it gets comfortable, I just wish it was slightly taller and the couch back came more up to support the head but other than that it’s great

I would definitely recommend buying this product! Absolutely love this couch! I purchased dark grey and I’m in love! So comfortable! Delivery men assembled the couch so quickly! Great job!

I love this couchh! It’s firm but yet comfortable. The navy is so pretty! For reference I’m 5’9 I have sooo much space on this couch. I recommend a Full Service they literally came put it together within 30mins. If you were just thinking about getting the couch, GET THE COUCH! You won’t be disappointed for the price!
