We just got a delivery with no console included Please assist us as we were shipped 4 boxes and the console is not in any of them. We called to let you know 2 parts are missing and they said it would take 5 days. Now we are updated we will let you know IF we have the parts in 3 days. I’m extremely disappointed with the service. I’m ready to do another big project and the last time we used Wayfair exclusively and though we had some glitches things were always corrected immediately. Hopefully they will deliver the rest of this piece ASAP

Easy to assemble and all parts and pieces were in the box. It is so comfy! Love the power recline and the heat and massage work well!

Everything was just as described, directions a little tricky, but if take your time, it all comes together. I got help with making sure all the wires were right and help move items from boxes and we are enjoying all of the needed features that it has. I really like the Color.

Love the recliner. It is very comfortable. We did not realize that it came in five boxes. Ready to assemble. Once put together it fits the space wonderfully.

Seat recliner is great. Unfortunately, the box containing the center console was never delivered and I had to wait an additional week for it which was very frustrating. Also, the instruction manual is missing two or three critical instructions

The material is softer than I expected. Very soft material but the seating is firm which I need for my back AND it has a nice lumbar pillow in the right pace. Leg rest goes up and down with ease. Haven’t tried the heat yet but the massage vibration is nice and adjustable.
