Very easy to install nice bed for the guest room

The quality of this bed surpassed my expectations. The upholstery is very soft and expensive looking. The off-white color is very nice, it has a warm tone without looking yellow. The bed was simple to put together and was not missing any pieces. The hydraulic system works well.

It is beautiful and works great. A lot of assembly but my husband and I tackled it in an hour or two.

One star because the bed had a structural issue and unfortunately we needed to return. After spending an hour chatting with customer service they are only able to resolve the issue if I find a box big enough to fit all the parts for return. They are unable to provide a box for us. Not to mention I will need to disassemble the bed that took us an entire day to put together. Just disappointing on the customer service end because obviously finding a box to carefully return this item is going to be a challenge for us. I would have kept our box had I imagined we’d have an issue with quality. Overall not worth the hassle.

Super cute and soft! Did not realize this was more velvety than shown in pictures, but is still great and not noticeable from farther away. Not super difficult to put together either. The extra storage underneath is great, just takes a little bit of force to get back down.

One of my favorite apartment purchases to date. Lift up function is amazing and bed is a great quality. I did pay to have someone assemble it, so can't speak to that difficulty, however it was done with one person, power tools, and took about an hour.

Ordered in black and it is gorgeous! It is in my 17 year old son’s bedroom and it’s perfect for him. Thanks!
