It said like new. This is clearly not like new. It is used, not open box. Open box, like new implies a quick return over something silly like a size mistake where the item was not used at all just open ed. There are clear marks of use on this. I would have bought a brand new one if I had known. The discount wasnt steep enough. Very disappointed.

When I first unboxed this couch, I was terrified I made a wrong choice. It came rolled up and was very slow to get into shape - but as soon as I sat down, I cried a tear of joy, and fell asleep soundly. Love this couch, exactly what I was hoping for!

I don’t like it It’s way too low I can’t sit on it in fear of falling when I try to stand up Was this couch made for little people It’s no back rest that will cause a lot of pain in the neck and back I’m very very disappointed with the quality of this and your need to stop advertising it and selling it

Laying on it is comfortable but the back of the couch is so low and the pillows are not supportive enough to lean against. Definitely would not recommend. Picture right out of the box, it has puffed up a bit since then but not enough to support your back.
