Swapan Modern Chenille Couch Sofa Sectional with Deep Tufted Seat

Weve had this sofa for only 2–3 months, and it’s already tearing all along the middle line—despite very light use. There are only three of us in the house, and none of us weigh over 150 lbs. For the price, I expected much better quality and durability. Really disappointed.

I love this couch. It’s a nice size, it’s low. Delivered on Feb 20 2025. In April I contacted wayfair, sent them requested photos of the seams ripping. They informed me they would do nothing and I needed to contact the manufacturer. I then just covered with some blankets to protect it. Only for it to get worse. So I do not recommend this couch, as the quality is clearly not good. 2 split seams in just about 4 months. When I contacted wayfair they wasted my time going back forth requesting pictures, only to say it was past the 30 days.

Beautiful sofa and comfortable. Perfect for a 2 family home because by the way the stitching looks, it won’t hold up well. Had to place the blanket over it so the stitching hopefully doesn’t come apart.

The couch looks great but is very poor quality. I’ve only had it for 2 months, and with light use it’s pulling apart at most seams.

Arrived in great condition, pretty color

This sofa is definitely comfortable but within a couple of months, the threads are already coming off on multiple places. We did not expect wayfair to sell this quality. Tried reaching out to wayfair but there seem to be no options. Very disappointing….. Update - after 3-4 months, this sofa is just gone, all ripped, color faded, check the pictures.. didn’t get any support from wayfair or the vendor!

Beautiful, great material and comfy sectional

Not sure why my pictures are showing in different colors. Every single seam is ripping! I tried to contact Wayfair but I was outside of the 30 day return window. But don’t risk this! We are 6 weeks out, for 1,400 there is not excuse. It looks embarrassing and won’t last a year!

We absolutely love the couch and hate to have to give it a lower review, but unfortunately with in 3 weeks of receiving the fabric started to fray. We reached out to Wayfair, and after a week and a half of jumping through hoops and finally asking for upper management, we came to an agreement. The couch is stylish comfortable. We are 2 empty nesters in our 40’s 50’s who work full time, and it’s already showing wear after 3 weeks in. If you have kids, animals, or an active household … beware.
