I love them, they are gorgeous, comfortable. I like the fact that they swivel. The only reason why I am giving them a 4 is because one of the chair fell over and some pellets fell out of the chair. The chair seems to work. Wayfair sent me over to the manufacture and they offered me a discount on the chair. I took it because I could not bother packing up and sending back the chairs

I had a terrible experience this time with WayFair! Ordered a WHITE bar stool, when I received it the box said white but it was an ALL Brown bar stool. Obviously someone packed it in the wrong box. This is a huge box and I am 64 years old. I had to find a way to get it to FedEx to ship back to them, which I did, but it was not easy. They ordered me a replacement and assured me that they would be doing quality check and make sure before sending it that it was the right color so with that assurance, I ordered two more for a total of three. On the website, the barstool looks bright white. The ones that came to me are very yellowish. Very disappointed! I felt misled because of the pictures so now I have three barstools to take back which I did but in order to return them this time they made me pay shipping for all three! I’m shocked after everything I went through that they wouldn’t value a customer more than that to make me pay a total of 86.85 shipping!!!! Since first sending me the wrong stool, then having misleading pictures on their website, which is extremely different than what arrived to make me pay that was absolutely ridiculous and I have always loved Wayfair, but something has changed with them that they would do this! I don’t recommend using them anymore!
