Instructions were a bit hard to follow once you get to the foot of the bed… Overall decent bed. No box needed.

I assembled by myself in about 3hrs. The hardware came unseparated. A couple of pieces missing and a couple of the pieces of wood were kind of cracked upon arrival. Nothing too bad that I couldn't put the bed together. The wooden support seemed like maybe they had some mold on them, and also I received the metal golden legs, when I asked prior to purchase, and was told by customer service that they would be the wooden legs. It was missing a couple of little pieces, but overall was straight-forward to assemble. I gave less stars because the photo is of a different bed, the one shown in the pic's headboard is definitely taller with less more wingback in the main photo, and like I said, the legs are not wooden blocks.

Wayfair delivered me the wrong bed twice. Wayfair sent me the wrong bed TWICE. (Please excuse the lack of punctuation from this point on) After receiving my intial order and staying up til 3am trying to screw in wood planks that did not have drill holes I contacted wayfair customer support service by chat because for some reason finding a customer support phone number for Wayfair is like looking for the secret the krabby patty secret formula. There was an attempt to gaslight me and convince me that the bed that I received was correct “after looking at reviews” which i find funny because the reviews confirm the same issues that I had. The bed comes with metal legs instead of wooden, and a wood frame instead of metal. It’s important to add that there are also no pre-drill holes for the many support blocks that are supposed to be screwed in to offer extra support. The customer support bot or whoever was contacting me confirmed that I would receive the CORRECT bed, I was deceived.

The bed frame we ordered is not the same as the bed frame that was delivered.

Easy to put together coming from a person that doesn’t put ANYTHING together. I was able to assemble the Twin bed by myself…

I made the open box purchase from Wayfair, I was honestly shocked to see that they shipped it in the condition it was, the entire back portion was ripped up, and all the bolts and screws were all over inside the back of the headboard and all over the box. Luckily, I was able to sort them out and find almost all of them and the part that’s ripped is on the backside. It took me a couple hours to set up by myself. The directions could of been a little more helpful.. the section where you have to install the front gold legs didn’t explain at all that you had to directly screw them in, which required a drill.. not a screw driver like it stated you needed during assembly because that would have been impossible. Also, where you install the gold legs half of the bracket for the legs will hang off the footboard but I set it up to where the frame sits on top of it. One side of the side rails looked a little weak but I made it more stable when putting in the slat boards to help keep it more intact. Overall, I think this bed is good for the price. The fabric looks really nice in person and once it’s completely assembled, it’s pretty sturdy. There were a couple of missing screws when we got it and even with using a drill, it took me and my boyfriend around threefour hours to assemble it. But again, I’m pretty happy with the purchase.

I would like to be able to leave a comment on the bed as a whole. However, some parts were missing from the delivery. I put in a request for the missing parts, and I still haven't received them. It has been 11 days. They are the side support legs so I can't use the bed without them. Pretty much just paid to have clutter in my home.

Beautiful beds, I love it but really not good quality. The legs needed to be replaced due to a lack of support and the side rails came in 2 separate pieces which keep breaking apart. Otherwise, it's really nice
