This is the first poor review that I have ever given. I ordered this plant Ladder stand and after trying to put it together and reviewing where the wholes were for shelfs and supports, I found the holes on the back support were upside down. So I returned it, received another. opened it. Same problem. Tried one more time and again the same problem. So I had my money returned. The most irritating thing about this order is when I returned the first and second time I requested that the stand should be double checked before it was sent out. Again very disappointing that this was not corrected early in the ordering process.

Great product

Horrible to put together the holes where drilled in the wrong place. We had to re drill holes and we will see tomorrow if it hold plants. Thin bamboo, took 2 people an hour for 2 plant stands.

3 stars. A good and bad experience. The bad Directions have small zoomed out pictures which add a challenge to assembly. I’d agree w the other people, I had to drill new holes as pre-drilled holes did not align and some were missing. Also the QR code on the instructions sends you to a YouTube video on how to build a different product, which wasn’t helpful in any way. The good once assembled, it looks great and seems very strong and a good product. Despite a 3 star review, I would buy it again but I would be tempted by other products.

Based on the negative reviews., I was pleasantly surprised at the build and quality of materials. The instructions took some time to understand, but I didn't have any of the issues reported of missing screw holes. Overall, happy with the shelf!

Package arrived damaged with parts scattered inside and no assembly instructions. Can’t even figure out if anything is missing. Looks like it was another customers return that was not checked before shipping to me. Wayfair says they will ship another to me in a week so we’ll see if that one is any better. Unfortunately this type issue has happened to me before with Wayfair orders. They really need to police their suppliers better.

Could not get the holes to line up. Then found out the shelfs don't hold much weight. Will be returning this item.

Only 1 of the holes pre-drilled on back upright correctly. Had to drill 6 new holes. Nice shelf if willing to do the extra work.

Quite disappointing. The instructions were not clear at all. The holes for the screws did not line up it seemed like one of the legs did not belong to this set.

It’s a plant stand made of bamboo. It needs larger printed instructions printed in a darker color (it was very light print). It’s a perfect stand for multiple pots of my succulents. I own a smaller version of this as well hence why i ordered the larger one for another purpose. It’s a folding ladder style so it’s easy to store if needed. It remains to be seen how long it will hold up in the Fla weather even though I have it under a protected overhang. My only complaint is the instructions say the holes for the slats are countersunk which they were not. They were countersunk on my smaller plant stand so I was expecting the same. An Allen key is provided for the installation of screws seems pretty sturdy.
