This is the most uncomfortable sofa I have ever had the displeasure of sitting on!!!! It is well made, great quality, looks gorgeous but it is like sitting on concrete. I am returning this item because it is so miserable to sit on! No issues with quality of materials or how it looks, but dear God is it horrible to sit on!!!

I received two sofas. Neither of them was in a box—they were just wrapped in fabric and plastic. I have the impression that these sofas may have been used before or possibly returned by another customer. I’m not completely sure, but the quality in the photos looked much better than what I received. Still, considering the price I paid, I think it’s okay.

This couch is beautiful. The upholstery is one of the best boucle styles I’ve seen, but unfortunately, that is where the good things about this couch stop. This couch is SOOOO uncomfortable. There is no give, and to be honest it is HARD. After only a few hours of sitting on it, my back started to hurt. Also, the back of the sofa is very very low, so there really isn’t any back support. & I do like how deep the seats are (~30 inches), but in combination with the low back, you cannot comfortably sit on the couch without putting a big pillow behind you to prop you up. Even then, it’s very difficult to find a comfortable position because there’s no back support and the couch is just so hard. Again, it’s a beautiful couch. I love the fabric, but it is not practical at all and goes beyond being just a “firm” couch. I imagine if you took a lot of time to “break it in” maybe it would feel a little bit better, but the cushioning material doesn’t even feel like it has any give. Will be returning ASAP. (Also, none of the cushions are removable at all.)

This loveseat is exactly what I needed, goes really well with my studio space. I like the material too was about worried but it does suit what I was looking for. I like a firm couch
