I purchased two of these sofas. They are beautiful, just like the online pictures. They are a cream color, with the black accents on the arms creating an elegant and modern touch. The power recliners move smoothly, and the finishes are perfect. The delivery experience was great. Peter and Antonio set up the sofas, made sure the power worked removed all the trash. My husband and I were hesitant about ordering them without being able to sit on them, but knowing the dimensions helped. And the fact these are sleek versions of the more typical bulky power sofas sealed the deal.

we love this coach, it is a little hard but we like it lije that and very confy. The recliner turns into a flat bed.

My issues are around the logistics. Took longer to arrive than initially told. Was told multiple arrival dates, and adjusted my schedule multiple times. Used their full service which was excellent. They brought the couch in the room set it up and removed all the packaging which was great. The couch is well built and we love the zero clearance. There were not photos of the back of the couch, which is ok, but not beautiful. The couch is very firm. Nice for visiting but not a cozy couch.

This is beautiful, the leather is very soft like cotton balls, the sofa is white, and to sit on it is just a joy. Very comfortable it extends back so that you can, have a nap if you re not watching TV. or reading. We are in love with this maker Breeanne, and hope to get the rest of the set in time. The price for what we received was a steal, I am sure we will have this sofa for years to come, it is long wearing and cleans up well.

It has a big damage on the arm when it arrived. So disappointed. Requested a replacement. Hope it will arrive very soon. Updates They picked up the defective sofa. After 2 months of waiting, going back and forth, we still didn’t get the replacement. We contacted the customer service a few weeks ago and told them we are not going to wait any longer and requested for refund. The lady said she would process the refund for us. Another several weeks have passed, we still didn’t receive refund. Today, we called again and was told she has processed it and we should receive refund in 3 to 5 days. I will dispute with credit card company if I don’t receive refund by then. Their services is a mess. I am extremely disappointed.
