The day I received this couch (wayfair assembled it), I reported that the right recliner’s metal elbow was catching on the horizontal frame of the couch. Without anyone sitting in that part, it reclines just fine. The left side reclines fine. Wayfair said they don’t have the mechanical part to replace. And that this couch is “out of stock”…the website currently says it’s in stock, AND cheaper than what I paid for. I’ve never had a problem with Wayfair’s products. But after this, I’m very hesitant to even replace my couch with their product. I had high hopes for this.

Looks just like advertised, came 9 days before the delivery date and arrived an hour before the scheduled time slot. Absolutely gorgeous sofa and extremely easy to put together.

Took forever to come, but I Love my new recliner, it’s so comfy! I was able to fall asleep on the couch and not wake up hurting! Also the couch is a good height not too low. Cute and Comfy!

This power recliner honors all the specifications and images on the website. It is very comfortable and the pull console makes it perfect for a movie night, and all these features for a very reasonable price. The only thing I wish I ensured before ordering it was the height of the box vs my doorway. However the wayfair delivery team did an amazing job bringing it inside the apartment, that too 2 days before the delivery date.
