This begins with milling and drying our own hardwoods at our lumberyard facility to ensure that our frames are built to last without warping, twisting, or cracking. From there, the lumber travels to one of our frame shops where the wood is cut, shaped, and assembled into the highest quality frames available. The foam and fiber parts, built with eco-friendly practices and recycled materials are cut to size at one of two nearby foam processing plants. These components are then joined in one manufacturing center where they are assembled into your piece of furniture. Our fabric, sourced from around the world, selected for its quality, style, and value and stored in our climate-controlled fabric warehouse, is then cut, sewn and applied to create your finished piece of upholstered furniture.

This process is done by pneumatically clamping the springs together to tie the individual springs into one unit to prevent the springs from separating or twisting. Back spring clips are autolocking and are made from nylon to help reduce noise. Back springs are 12-gauge sinuous wire.
