What an ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE Wayfair experience. 5 delivery delays/cancels/reschedules. Twice I had to wait over 8 hours for them to be late or not show up. There is ZERO communication from Wayfair and their freight company, not to mention the price of this chair greatly varies day by day and they refuse to price match when the price drops between when you order it and it actually gets delivered. Almost a month since my order, I still do not have it. This has been the worst experience I have pretty much ever had in a delivery process, period. I will never, ever, order from this company again if this is how they operate. I would urge everyone to do the same.
