A Nightmare Experience Despite a Decent Product I ordered the "Arlex Murphy Bed" from Wayfair on September 2, 2024, and what followed was a 3+ month saga of frustration and disappointment. The "wall bed mechanism"—you know, the part that actually makes it a Murphy bed—didn’t arrive until November, leaving me with an unfinished Murphy bed for OVER TWO MONTHS. During this time, I spent over 20 hours on the phone with Wayfair's support team, trying to make sense of delays that were entirely due to the supplier's incompetence. While the product itself is nice and functions as advertised, the experience was so awful that it gives me heart palpitations every time I walk past the Murphy bed. To make matters worse, I’m STILL missing two parts from the supplier. Stephanie C from Wayfair support was the only saving grace in this nightmare. She has been tremendously helpful and truly deserves a raise for dealing with this mess. If you're considering this product, be prepared for endless frustration, wasted time, and the need to micromanage delivery every step of the way.

I am so glad to save space and have great storage. The touch lighting is the bomb.

DIFFICULT ASSEMBLY - Very nice finished result however I would not consider assembling ever again. Very heavy boxes with unmarked pieces and Very vague instructions.

Nice unit. So many screws and assembly is. Not easy. Doesn’t line up perfectly but over all a nice price

This bed and both cabinets were purchased and delivered in a timely way. The bed/cabinets were assembled yesterday and the workmen said this was one of the easiest/clearest/most understandable assembly directions they had ever worked with. Every piece was marked, every screw was present, no guessing needed. Every piece was in excellent condition and the finished product looked just like the picture. We are delighted with this product, delivery and quality! Thank you!!!

It all still in the boxes because of my schedule, im having a difficult time. Wayfair dont allow the putting it together because of covid 19. Disappointed but nothing I can do. It would take me a hole lot longer before Im able to enjoyed. However if it is like in the picture, woof it will be worth the time. The bed is absolutely beautiful and it will serve the purpose. Very difficult to put together. Need a lot of experience to do so. Instruction pretty good. Used 12 inch mattress as indicated but top of bed doesn’t allow bed to close correctly!! Can’t send the mattress back.
