Sent wrong parts and still waiting for my original order almost a full month late!!! extremely poor service and care about customer. You give me the impression you could care less about my issues. You keep promising but have not delivered on any of your promises!

Took longer to get, but great product

The picture showed a U-shape, but it was a L shape desk. Just read the entire description. I had to order another part which took another couple weeks to get to me and had to order it straight from the manufacture. Also, the parts were banged up, and getting more parts takes longer.

I received this desk damaged. I'm very pleased with the customer service I received from this website. I was sent a replacement quickly. I will continue as their customers. The desk was not easy to put together. There is a lot of room for variation and it takes a lot of finesse.
