Avalon 42"W Upholstered Storage Ottoman with 3 Flip-Over Serving Trays

Good Quality Storage ottoman. Item is heavy. Good quality stitching and padding. Not cat proof. Our cat jumped on it and pulled some threads out. I just cut them and it's hardly noticeable even if you know where to look. Now he is banned from going near it. Worth the price and serves it's purpose.

This storage ottoman is nice quality, spacious and practical for our living room. The fabric feels soft like real leather. We are happy with our purchase!

It's a beautiful Ottoman. But I was slightly surprised that the simulated leather is more like a suede rather than smooth. So animal hair and dust could become easily trapped, rather than a smooth wipe down. That is why I ordered the faux leather instead of the polyester blend. But time can prove me wrong.

Absolutely gorgeous ottaman arrived damaged but they were willing to send me out another one asap but decided to just get a refund and they gave me my full refund no shipping cost back even came straight to my home to pick it up as I iam sick so made it very easy for me not having to carry that heavy item to fed X ...so extremely accommodating

Delivery was fast. Very versatile with the trays and storage. Fabric color is as pictured and very soft.

We’ve had the ottoman for a little over a year now. It was smaller than I was expecting at first, but it still holds all that we need it to - mostly blankets. I thought it was neat too that each cushion could be reversed as an individual tray, but almost immediately the edges started chipping. We rarely have them flipped over now because the chipping is so unsightly. Threads are also popping along the outside seams of the cushions. While the structure of the ottoman is still holding up just fine (even with 2 kids who like to hide inside it), I don’t recommend based on how easily and how severely the tray side chips.

Overall, the piece felt solid and was as expected. It was disappointing that there were multiple large Knicks scratches in the wood work.

Wood arrived with black paint chipping off in original and replacement. It’s not very good quality.

Great compliment to my sectional piece. I was concerned about the color matching but turned out great! Love the tray and storage functionality. Had a few days delay due to bad weather but otherwise it arrived in good shape. It seems sturdy and durable thus far.
