I bought a heavy duty mat because it is on high pile carpet. It’s already caved in and indented from my chair wheels.

I think you scammed me to buy this rug early with an email saying I have access to Wayday deals. When I found out it was cheaper today I'm very upset!

The chair mat seems fine. The packaging on this item was terrible! Ordered 2 of the mats and both arrived with box (if you can call it that) opened on both ends. It was basically a piece of cardboard wrapped around it and secured on the ends with one piece of tape. One mat was ok, the other was broken. Wayfair was great about replacing the item and a new one arrived within a week. That also arrived the same way, but was not broken. The item is obviously too heavy for such minimal packaging.

Perfect size for my little home office. Quick delivery. I do still get dents where the chair wheels are, but I'm really not sure that can be prevented due to the carpet and pad underneath. It's doing the job I needed it for, so I'm happy.

This was perfect for my 6' son. I swiped it for my use when he went to college but being 5'4" it doesn't work as my legs are too short so it doesn't give me the back support if I'm scooted forward and cuts into my legs if I scooch back for the back support so I gave it back to him, lol. Very comfortable!
