My chair didn’t come with the head support attachment- selected option without. I ordered in black. I love that the arms are adjustable or can be flipped up so the chair can be pushed in close to my desk. It isn’t massive and clunky like an executive chair and I can still sit comfortably for hours ans hours. The seat isn’t extremely cushioned but I like that it is flat and not curved as that can irritate my back.

Chairs were reasonably priced/on sale. They are comfortable and not too hard to put together. We purchased them for our conference room and the arms that can be lifted out of the way is a great feature.
