Somers Height Adjustable Rectangle Standing Desk

Love this desk! Looks beautiful, is high quality.

First, there are many things I love about this desk. It looks great and seems sturdy. I work from home and wanted a stand up desk option. (Get the insurance! If this breaks the repair could be costly.). I also wanted the option of wheels so I can move the desk out of the way if needed. The keyboard tray is on the small side. Be sure you measure what you need. Also, I like my mouse to be at the same level as the keyboard. So I am using one of the drawer spaces for my mouse. Also, I am not sure why there is not a hole for the cords of the monitors in the top level. There is one internally, but the monitors can’t access that one. I really wish I would have noticed this. It’s not a deal breaker though. I am not happy with the location of the controller on the right because I am right handed. A lot of stuff is going on on the right side. It would be nice if they sold a left or right handed desk option. Be careful about the packing materials. The controller and power cord were so securely packed I almost threw them out. I called customer service, which was excellent by the way, and she sent me a photo of the location of the controller ithin the packing.! No damage

I took my time to research and read views about this item as well as Wayfair. I cannot begin to tell you how disappointed I am in this company. Not only was the professional assembly an issue (the first guy cancelled on me 30 minutes after my appointment time), but then once the new guy arrived, the electronic controller to move this desk up and down was completely MISSING, as well as the main middle drawer pieces were damaged!!! I will not be ordering from Wayfair again, what a headache.

Looks even better than I expected! It's really cute! I will say that it takes a long time to put together. I probably spent 4 hours on it. I recommend a power drill, I don't think I could have gotten it together without it. I'm so happy with it though, and it's gotten lots of compliments!

Love this desk! I spent so long comparing and shopping around until I landed here. The little leather drawers are perfect for my work phone and head sets, and my little odds and ends of notepads and pens. I assembled it myself in about an hour, but it was all straight forward and solidly constructed, unlike a lot of products where holes don’t align or are crackedbroken.

This desk is great ! It stands out and will be used a lot. It was easier to put together than 2 other stand up desks we have. We love the compartments and “drawers.” It is good to know that the drawers are not real drawers but instead cloth baskets. The wood on this desk is beautiful. It took approximately 3 hours for one person to put together.

Finally assembled this desk. The package came in good shape, nothing damaged. The instruction was a little bit confused, I was able to figure it out by myself. It’s a great quality piece of furniture. Simple and modern design can be matched with any kind of furniture in the house. I would recommend it to others.

It came earlier than expected. It was easy to assemble. I believe it was the easiest out of anything Ive ordered on Wayfair. The desk is sturdy. I love that the height can be adjusted at the push of the button, which is the main reason I ordered it.

A great desk with a couple problems. This is a high functioning desk - it has most of the small things a desk needs. Storage, keyboard tray, multi-level. It is high quality laminate and all parts are attached securely. It also has memorized heights - much nicer than having to hold an up/down button. It could be perfect with a few upgrades. The drawers are made from a fake leather. This isn't a big problem on it's own, but there is no clearance and the drawers rub against screws when used. They are going to wear out in a short time. The screws should have been set flush. My biggest frustration is the keyboard tray. The width of the ray is only wide enough to hold a full size keyboard. I have a tenkeyless (65% sized) board and it barely fits a mouse. The extension of the tray is not large enough to hold a keyboard and wrist wrest. with both, the function and number keys are underneath the desk edge and unusable. I was able to fix this by installing the tray backwards. The slides are cheap and have to be jiggled to slide in and out. The slides also extend above the tray. It is possible to scrape yourself on them if not careful. All said, most of my issues are annoyances. I like this desk better than my previous plain flat sit-stand. Even with the annoyances it is a more functional work space.

I like the functionality of this desk. And it seems sturdy. It was a bit time consuming to assemble, but I was happy that once it was all together, I tested the electronic control feature and it worked flawlessly! The weakest part of it seems likely to be the keyboard tray, which I don’t expect to use much. The instructions are decent — but pictures only for the assembly. Would have been nice to have supporting text to clarify some of the instructions.
