I purchased this bed for my granddaughter's birthday. Today when I tried to assemble the bed I can't because the side rails don't match the headboard and footboard. The side rails that were sent are not the side rails that were shown when I viewed the bed on your site.

Love it, but definitely hear a rattle - I even had Angie, install as I was worried about noise. I didn't see other complain about this in reviews. I had to wedge something under each ball to get the noise to stop.

I love the bed, but the length said it was 81 inches. SO I went out and bought a twin xl mattress. We put the bed together today and the mattress was finally delivered this afternoon. As it turns out, the frame is only 75 inches and the mattress didn't fit. It's so typical of life. Nothing is ideal, but now I get to go out and buy another brace for the mattress so that it will fit between the headboard and the foot. UGH. I was so hopeful.
