It’s not as pretty as it is in the picture. I was expecting a lighter color wood but it is still nice looking. We added a few more boards to the slots because there were big gaps between them and we needed more support for our memory foam mattress so it would not sag. Despite the differences, I wouldn’t rather have any other bed for the same price.

The bed was missing some pieces upon install, but wayfair sent missing parts and it looks great once we put it together.
