The BEST recliner we've ever owned! The color is beautiful, it's worth every penny of my husband's money and it works well with my color scheme and deco. The delivery was fast and everything was in one piece (nothing damaged). Minor setup which took 3 minutes tops.

This product I ordered was a mistake I wanted a lift chair I returned the the chair.

The box came damaged, the chair in the box was also damaged. I’ve had difficulty getting the resolution team to schedule a repair person. Very disappointing.

These chairs seem to be of good quality, especially for the price. We ordered two in the orange color and they assembled easily and required no tools. The power headrest and recline mechanism are smooth and quiet. The fabric is fairly soft out of the box and will loosen over time. The only drawback are the arm cushions. The front of them lacks Velcro to attach the arms to the frame and the black fabric on the top of the arm frame shows through. I plan on adding that. The shipping was fantastic. It took three days at zero cost. You can't beat that.
