Brix 4 Piece Bedroom Set

The bed set looked like the pictures, but that’s where the positives end. The material is very cheap, definitely not real wood. Assembly was a nightmare; the instructions were confusing, and it took two adults to figure it out. It arrived with two large chipped pieces, including the headboard, and their only solution at that time was to send replacements, which meant more waiting and frustration. One of the five boxes was also missing essential tools. While I was disappointed with the quality of the bed and the long wait for replacement parts (over a week, only to be told they were unavailable), I want to mention that the customer service team was very kind and patient throughout the process. When I contacted them after receiving the emails about the unavailable parts, they were understanding and offered me either a replacement bed or a full refund, which I really appreciated. Their helpful attitude made a frustrating situation a bit easier to deal with. For this price, you can find much better quality bed. I do not recommend this product, but I still recommend Wayfair for their great customer support.

I have mixed feelings about this bedroom set. It is very beautiful and has a great price. I dont like that you bump and bump on the very sharp corners of the bed. My son ended with bruises …. It was hard to assemble.

Solid build but the packaging was terrible. Some of the boxes were falling apart when they were delivered and the hardware bag in the box for the headboard tore and leaked pieces to the point where some hardware was missing and I was unable to attach a small wooden plank to the back.

I absolutely do not recommend this bed. It’s edges are so sharp I even don’t remember how many time I have cut myself. I wish I can return it. I bought this bed for my new house so didn’t realize until it was too late to return. It does look fancy though but for practical use absolutely not good. Definitely not worth for price.

I absolutely enjoy this bed. As other reviews correctly indicate, it is tedious to put together, but you will be rewarded. Could have sone better with the instructions. Price is slightly on the higher side. But if you compare the other suppliers for this style of a bed, I think price is cheaper. Overall I would give 4.55. Would recommend.
