Caroletta 80'' Upholstered Down Slipcovered Sofa For Living Room, Couches with Solid Wood Frame

The couch arrived with the cushions covered in what could be pink stains but what I'm more concerned is pink mold. Wayfair refuses to pick up the couch even though I have made them aware of the possible mold exposure and health risks and are saying I need to wait 1-3 days for the manufacturer to contact me. And then who knows how long it will take to get the couch removed. I live in apartment and have no place to move the couch until it is picked up. I'm posting this review here in hopes someone from customer service will see this and escalate and to hopefully stop other customers from experiencing the same gross negligence from Wayfair. ** Update: It took over two weeks, calling multiple times, and hours on the phone with customer service to get the couch removed. After Wayfair said I needed to wait to hear from the manufacturer (which I never heard from) they said the manufacturer didn't want it back and to dispose of it myself. Which would have cost over $300 where I live. They kept saying you'll hear back in X days and then I'd hear nothing. Never shopping from Wayfair again.

Pretty good for the price! Weighs over a hundred pounds so help to get the box in would be nice. Easiest thing I have assembled off of way fair so far ! Comfy like a memory foam mattress

This is the greatest little couch. Plenty big for 2-3 people. We love it XO much we're going to buy another exactly like it instead of 2 chairs. We'll put them Cross from each other, then a nice big square coffee table in the middle, PERFECT for our Old Town Alexandria Townhouse. I was worried it wouldn't be soft enough B/C I couldn't sit on it first. I'm delighted its quite cushy and comfy. It's 8 inches less wide than our other sofa. Great for us! I'm 5'3". Dave is 5'11" tall. Finally, I LOVE working with Way fair people. From warehouse to my front door they do their best to help MD find exactly what we want. We are very happy with our purchase and experience.

It's small, but the perfect size for an office or sun room. Comfy as long as you fluff the cushions right.

Nice sofa but material is a bit cheaper feel than anticipated. Not the most plush cushions (seat is a bit firm).

I got 2 of these sofas for my therapy office. they are firm but not too firm. great for the purpose.

Item arrived several days late with a box in this terrible condition. The wood on base of the couch inside the fabric was cracked completely through. Its not usable and will not support weight. It is also uneven in appearance on the base due to the cracked base. Contacted Wayfair for assistance, and they forwarded to the manufacturer who did not respond. Wayfair took over handling the issue and offered to replace or refund IF I ship it back. They placed the burden of obtaining a box of this size completely on me as well as returning it. Its way too big for a normal vehicle and too heavy for me to carry to return. Obviously, the original box could not be used again because it arrived shredded and crushed with several holes. This entire process has taken several days and still has not been resolved because their recommended resolution is not possible for the average consumer. I should not be required to purchase shipping supplies when they sent me the item in a ruined shipping container. I am still awaiting further response but wanted to share my experience with others. BEWARE! UPDATE The seller did not respond to correct the issue however, Wayfair did end up sending me a replacement after several back and forth conversations. It took around 2 weeks, maybe longer, from reporting the issue to receiving the replacement. That box was damaged too. Product was fine, BUT unfortunately, once the couch was put together, I learned that the measurements are completely wrong. The back of the couch is only 25 high. Supposedly the sofa cushions are supposed to be 7 higher to make it 32 high, but they definitely arent even close to that. Theyre significantly smaller and less full than in the photos and barely come above the base. This makes it a very short couch that looks dinky, and with an adult sitting on it the back doesnt even reach the shoulders. Too late to return from my original purchase since the replacement took so long, and Id have to find giant boxes to do so anyways since both boxes arrived in pieces. Dont waste your money.

When I ordered this the reviews were great but it seems like the most recent batch of these couches are defective. The couch arrived today late and covered in stains. The cushions that were vacuum sealed had pink and yellow dots on them and the unwrapped ones had brown and yellow dots. Like other reviewers said it does resemble mold which is very concerning. Customer service was great they refunded me right away and are arranging someone to come pick it up for me. If it were just stains I’d probably consider keeping it and trying to remove them but with the potential mold issue I don’t want to risk it. This has some good reviews but due to the recent increase in the same issue I would pass on this couch.
