Looks great. Sturdy build. Arrived quickly without any issues or damage. Slight odor from packaging but aired out quickly.

Beautiful bench but arrived unstable with no way to adjust / tighten as it's glued together :( Would not recommend this product. Follow up....I contacted Wayfair customer service who has been wonderful in the past with other orders. They insist I have to pack the defective bench back up and take it myself to a FedEx to have it shipped back. This is not an easy task for me, so I requested for them to schedule a pick up from my home. I'm waiting for my case to be escalated for resolution. Very dissappointing.

I'm not happy with the fact that there is a flaw in the fabric on this bench. It really sticks out when you look at the bench. I am afraid that it is a weak spot in the fabric which will show wear and tear in just a short time.
