I’m using this media center as a bookshelf in my home office. I gave this item 2 stars because one of the boxes arrived in a pretty beat up condition and had a ton of tape wrapped around one end. Multiple pieces of wood had dents and scratches and a piece of backing was torn and can be seen through the glass cabinet door. It took us 8 hours to assemble and it is beautiful but not worth what we paid for it.

Very disappointed in this cabinet! The side shelves are way too narrow...8 inches! Definitely not worth the money. None of the items I plan to display on it (including books) will fit.

It is nice, but I wish the cabinets had a shelf in each for DVD organization.

I love my cabinet!! It works great for what I need. It does take quite a long time to put it together but I was able to do each section by myself. However, putting all the pieces together does require a second person. I knew the side sections were not very deep, that’s what I wanted, but didn’t think about how my decor would fit. Not a huge deal, just had to make some adjustments. Overall, I absolutely love it and would definitely recommend it.

This is exactly as pictured. It looks great in our small living room, it's not bulky and makes the room more "put together." I am very pleased with this purchase. The only thing that I have to say is that it takes a while to assemble. My son, my (very handy) husband and I, worked on this for over 7 hours to get it done. Just follow the instructions and arm yourself with patience. The result is worth it.

Might be a good product. However, Wayfair and Angi need to revisit how they arrange appointments and allocate necessary assembly time. The resulting fiasco here has greatly hurt the ability to experience a finished quality product. Paid for assembly and Angi came for an hour for what should probably be around a 7 hour assembly. Had to schedule back. Got 1 1/2 +/- then. Left. The 2nd and 3rd appointment were no shows. Daughter is special needs and has Parkinson's in an assisted living facility. Now navigating cabinet parts and boxes with her walker and wheelchair. Had to arrange additional caregiver to be available during each of these appointments. There's no excuse for this. We made it clear as to the situation here. Want the product finished immediately or taken back with full refund.

Beautiful for my living room! Worth every penny!

The finished product is beautiful! My husband only broke one piece of manufactured wood that he was able to glue back together. The unit gives off a bit of a smell… I’m hoping it diminishes over time, and that it’s not formaldehyde, but I can’t find any information on it.

It screams elegance and it’s perfect for the space.

Love it. Beautiful. Lots of storage. I would have liked lighting under each side. It took one man 6 hours to assemble it. He was wonderful. Never stopped working except for a break.
