Wayfair did not deliver to my door. The center seat was broken when it arrived. Had to request new part, and professional assembly had to come out twice. Took 2 weeks to resolve. The couch is okay.

Very comfortable an pretty easy to put together. My husband put it together… said the directions could of been belittle more helpful, but he figured it out! Love the color too.

Perfect for my MIL who loves the heat and massage

This couch is nice. It came in several boxes, and shipping was quick and on schedule. I was afraid of ordering furniture online without seeing it and sitting on it. The color seems different than it appeared in pictures. It is a nice material and seems to be quality material for the great price. The boxes came a bit tattered, which is probably why a bar on the back was terribly bent. This made it difficult to assemble the backrest. This is likely due to the way the boxes were handled in transit and not fault of wayfair. Once it was put together, everything works great. The couch is comfortable, looks nice, and is worth every penny. I absolutely love the heat and vibrationmassage features. I will be making many more Wayfair purchases in the future. The furniture is great, the price is fair and I really like the convenience of shopping online. I also love the membership rewards program. It makes me feel like I am getting a free present.
