Manufacturing defect. One side did not have holes to connect another side

Initially, I was very pleased with how the sofa was set up and the overall look of the piece. However, I encountered several issues during assembly. When attempting to attach the additional foot piece, I found that there were no pre-drilled holes in the designated area to insert the screws. Additionally, some of the screws provided did not fit properly. I purchased two of these sofas, hoping the second would be easier to assemble, but unfortunately, I experienced similar issues with that one as well. While the design is attractive, the assembly process was unexpectedly frustrating and disappointing. I hope the manufacturer addresses these inconsistencies to improve the customer experience.

I love it so much more in person than I thought I would. I was actually worried the gold would look too much but not at all. And the size is perfect. The couch is firm but I like that because I’m a working mom and haven’t “lounged” in like 8 years lol. But I think it’s comfy and perfect if you work from home like me. Heavy but easy to assemble too.

Beautiful addition to my living room

Excuse the floor, in works. The delivery was fast. Very pretty but small in height and back not tall. The gold trim is not gotti like on site. Not for family to enjoy. Makes a nice staging piece. I do not highly recommend if used other than staging or very, very LIGHT use.

When I purchased these sofas we were in the process of remodeling and had to keep them in their box for months until we were able to finally assemble them. I was afraid of them being damaged or not to my liking, but no they definitely exceeded my expectations! The leather material was not wrinkled at all. It’s a beautiful off white with the gold trim. I added some decorative pillows and they definitely look more expensive than what we paid. We don’t sit on them as much but when we do they feel nice and comfortable. BUY THEM!

Well I love this new sofa! I am a 69yr old woman, and I put it together all myself! It took me about an hour and a half to assemble it, but it seems well made and sturdy and firm! I love it!

Exactly like the photos unfortunately the seats are not deep. This is good for photo props not for lounging.
