Jaquon Etagere Bookcase

TERRIBLE PRODUCT! This bookcase is impossible to put together. None of the screws fit into the metal sides. We contacted customer service that nothing will assemble. They claimed that they sent replacement parts. It’s been a week past when I was told they would arrive. We received nothing. So now we wasted money on an extremely cheap quality bookshelf we cannot assemble. Total garbage and they refuse a refund. Never using Wayfair again!

This bookshelf is absolutely gorgeous! I love it! The quality is so good and the shelves can hold quite a bit. I loved it so much I ordered two of them to hold my books and movies.

VERY difficult to put together. We hired a handyman to assemble ours after laying it all out. He said the instructions and parts did not fit together correctly. Thankfully, he was able to get it together. It is sturdy and nice looking, will serve our purpose well.

Product damanged when received

Solid piece, I picked up a pair for either side of a fireplace. Difficult to put together, grab a friend to help.

I’ve been looking for a bookcase for months. It had to fit between my two front windows. This is perfect! I love it!
