horrible. I ordered a full and I was sent something smaller. The full in the photo has 7 rungs on the headboard and what they sent me had 6. It also measured 51'' and on the product description it says a full will be 54'' wide. I contact customer service and after sending them all of this evidence, they continue to tell me I was sent the right item. I finally convinced someone to send me a replacement because they wanted to send me replacement parts and I guarantee there'd be another part too small, they confirmed the replacement and then the next day it was cancelled because they once again didn't believe the mountains of proof I showed them that it wasn't the right size. You also have to return to fedex which is a horrible experience in itself- they make you make everything fit back into the box (UPS would never) and there's so many Fedex locations that are not even full service it's immpossible to find one that will take it.

This what I received The replacement was wrong...after waiting another 2 weeks. Getting the whole bed back and Ill get it somewhere else.

Put it together alone without a problem. Now just need to get a mattress to try it out. Seems pretty sturdy.

Terrible product. Pieces were completely missing needed holes to assemble and the holes on the headboard (see picture) and footboard are too big for the provided screws to hold. Do not buy this product in king size.

Purchased this bed in a full for a third smaller bedroom. It fits perfect! Easy to put together. It is very sturdy too.

This was boxed up very well, no pieces were damaged. Instructions were easy to follow. My only complaint would be there isn’t a railing to keep the mattress on the platform, so it does slide around a little. The bed is very sturdy and doesn’t need a boxspring.

Bed frame seems decent--came with several chips on footboard, but we were able to position so it isn't very noticeable.
