Heavy Duty Metal Bed Frame, Printed Steel Platform Bed, Rounded Edge Legs, Anti-sway, Noise Free

This was my first purchase with Wayfair. The bed frame is very attractive and is exactly as described. As others have noted, the mattress does slide on the frame. Something to secure the mattress would be a benefit. Wayfair offers an option for assembly which I purchased. The contractor who came to my home was courteous and very neat. All in I am satisfied with Wayfair, the bed, and the assembly.

Easy to assemble and looks great

Nice simple bed frame and easy to put together. Was just a bit higher than I expected but still okay.

We ordered it Feb 1st (based in California), and the frame arrived but was missing a very small, but required, piece. I built the whole frame before realizing, which took me over an hour. It is now the end of February and the resolution team had initially ordered a replacement part. This was due to arrive a week later - unfortunately, after our guests were planning to stay. We received an email last week stating that the part is delayed and no promised timeline of when it will be delivered. I’ve complained multiple times and the best they can offer is a 15 discount on my next order… They have offered a refund but I have to box back up the frame and ship it back… after the hours I have spent dealing with their customer experience, this is a total joke! There are plenty of bed frames out there, based on my experience, look elsewhere.

Sturdy and high enough for storage.

Solid and looks exactly the picture - room underneath for storage baskets basket. Rounded edges are a great feature. Assembly instructions were clear. I would buy this again when i redo the spare room.

This looks fantastic. I was worried about being able to assemble it myself but it was easy to assemble and looks great!
